Here's Urban Meyer talking about Florida's matchup against the Vanderbilt Commodores in Nashville Saturday.

Meyer says that wide receiver Andre Debose (sprained ankle) will play against Vandy, while defensive tackle Jaye Howard (sprained ankle) will be out.

Debose was really coming along as a playmaker before his ankle injury slowed him up, so expect the redshirt freshman to make some noise on special teams and offense this weekend.

Also, Meyer promises that tight end/quarterback Jordan Reed will throw some this weekend, adding an extra fold the Gators' continually-developing offensive strategy.

By the way, just throwing this out there, if Reed has a decent arm, why not start him at quarterback?

He has the build of Tim Tebow and Cameron Newton and can run like those guys, so if he has a rocket to go with it, he would be the best option at quarterback for Florida's offense.
