Gainesville Sun Reports Dee Finley to Transfer from UF
According to the Gainesville Sun, The redshirt sophomore's news of transfer comes after his arrest a few weeks ago for resisting arrest with violence, and driving on a suspended license. His sentence was reduced to resisting arrest without violence and driving on a suspended license.
Finley is most likely transferring because he does not feel he is getting enough play-time. He broke his collarbone against LSU last season, causing him to miss the final seven games.
Dee Finley has spent most of his time as a member of special teams during his time at Florida. After being moved from safety to linebacker, Finley has mostly served in a reserve role behind Jelani Jenkins.
Finley has recorded 12 tackles in his career at Florida, four of them were recorded this season.
