Fireworks lit up the Tallahassee sky as the Florida State Seminoles celebrated a 31-7 victory over the Florida Gators Saturday.

The loss was a historic one for both teams, marking Florida head coach Urban Meyer's first loss to Florida State and it marked the Seminoles' biggest win over the Gators since 1988.

Florida was plagued by all sorts of problems offensively and their best option at quarterback, redshirt freshman Jordan Reed, left the game early with a concussion.

The loss gives Florida a 7-5 record for the season, which will likely send the Gators to the Gator Bowl in Jacksonville on New Year's Day.
